Is there any way to get into the part in town area 1 blocked off by a security door that says "only higsby's warehouse personnel past this point"?
Yes, that is the Numberman scenario from Blue Moon. Don't worry about it in this game, or other doors such as "Shuko's Area" (Spoutman) throughout the Net. There is nothing necessary behind those doors.
