Lifeaura D is in a BMD in the center of Blackearth 1, accessible only after you have collected atleast one of every standard chip in the game, fought and defeated Bass (Forte) in undernet 5 and obtained the 5 evil chips from the navis scattered around the same area. The entrance to Blackearth is at the very end of Undernet 6 btw.
