Do you mean the text at the Gate of the Black Earth 1...
To pass there said that "many, many Navis you can get through when all those Navi have "V"" i dont know the exact because my Blue Moon is not saving anymore because the memory save is unplug....

Back to the topic....
The letter "V" the meaning of this is no.5 i am right??
so if i got 5 SP Chips so i can get through there...

i dont know if im right because my SP Chips is 3 only so i cant try it..

Info Needed

You need to be clearer. Is your Question "How do I enter BlackEarth1?"

If so, then no, you don't need 5 SP Navi Chips. You need the 5 evil Chips

They are: DarkEmpleror, BlackWing, Muramasa, DarkLine and BugChain.

To get them, you must first fight Bass (Forte) in Undernet5 (UraNet5).
To fight Bass (Forte), you need to have all 150 Standard Chips in your library.
If you don't know where Undernet5 is or can't get to it, it is probably because you don't have all 6 souls.

DarkEmpleror: S rank an EmplerorEX in Undernet 6 (must be in Round 3 or higher)
BlackWing: Defeat the one of the Black Navis in the Undernet 5 after beating Bass
Muramasa: Defeat the one of the Black Navis in the Undernet 5 after beating Bass
DarkLine: Found in a GMD in Battle in Undernet 6 (i think)
BugChain: Buy from Chip Dealer in Undernet 5

Element Dark (DarkEmpleror doesn't exist :P): S Rank EmplerorEX in Undernet 6 (Round 3 or higher)
BlackWing: Read previous post
Muramasa: Read previous post
Anubis: Defeat one of the Black Navis in Undernet 5 after beating Bass
Bug Charge(GIGA CHIP): Defeat ShadeMan Omega or LaserMan Omega WITHOUT destroying the Mystery Data in battle.

ShadeMan Omega: Random encounter in Undernet 4
LaserMan Omega: Random encounter in Undernet 5
