ok, i know that it is at the bottom area on town2, but where exactly it is? on a BMD or PMD? or anything?

Is it on a certain level? Because when i open it, it turns out to be a blinder*
That PMD contains Blinder * in Normal mode, and SpinBlue is in the Very Hard mode. Either you are playing the game for the first time, or haven't picked up that PMD during previous plays. In either case, you will have to play the game two more times to get it.
