I read a faq eariler and it said it is old residental but where?

statusThere is a place where three Pantheon enemies throw grenades at you. The Sub Tank in the upper-left corner of that area. To get there, you've got to use a Recoil Rod charge attack while above the first Pantheon.

When you get to an area with grenade-lobbing Pantheons you'll either have to do a dashing jump over the first one and nail it with a charged recoil rod attack to propell yourself up to the ledge or wait until you get the Double Jump foot chip later on in the game to make things easier.
