If all of these fail, KEEP LOOKING

Oh by the way, there is a hole on MT. CRENEL below a dust speck. Vaccum all of the dust up and you should find it.

And if this fails just keep looking.

One that people tends to miss is the one in Hyrule Castle's Garden. Look for a tree stump on the eastern part of the area and shrink. A bit to the northeast of it, there is a passageway for Picori, and a Picori hole. There, a picori will fuse with you. This is a somewhat hard-to-answer question, but the best way to prevent it is to make an organizer, by taking a guide with all kinstone fusings, and marking the ones you already did.
