How do I solve Mushroom Condo first floor?

The first floor of Mushroom Condo doesn't have anything to solve. Its only purpose is as part of a fetch quest for a resident of Horror Condo.

You don't solve the quest on the first floor. It's just used for some quests: one in horror condo, the other at Lakitu's house.
