I only have one file left, though, because I can't find my copy...
Eirika's is easier, do it your first runthrough. The do Ephraim's on your second. And for your third runthrough(try super pupils), pick the one you like best.
Personaly it's Ephraim for me.

Ehpraims route seemed easier to me because the only hard part seemed to be ghost ship. I got stuck on 3 different levels in Eirika's route
I would have to say Erikas if memory serves right i belive its easier on ephriams route to get cormag since Duesel(Bad grammer>_>) has such a HighDEF and low spd you can Recruit him easier like Msg_Accent_BABY - you should do Erikas for First run through Good luck =D
Eirika's route is definitely easier. Ephraim's route has a few of the hardest missions in the game (including Father and Son, which is arguably the hardest). In addition, Chapter 15 (where the two routes come together) is much harder on Ephraim's route- instead of having all your units playing defense in the middle of the desert and three units off on the map's edge, you have three units in the middle and all your units off in a corner. But Ephraim's route is by all means doable.
Someone said that Ephraim's route is more rewarding, but I personally don't see how it would be more rewarding.
Anyway, Eirika's Route is easier, although Ephraim's route also isn't all that hard.
