Asked on: 11/7 3:37PMI've looked around the internet for the code to get these chips, but the ones I've found I don't understand or can't use. Does anyone know the codes (gameshark, codebreaker, etc. etc.) for these chips?
The Good News:I happen to have the code, but it may only work on the gameshark.
The Bad News: These codes don't provide FinalGun, and you can't trade them with friends
The code for all megachips (including Leaders Raid L, and Secret Chips) Quanity:99
For it to work, press Select+L button+R button+B button at the same time during gameplay

Just in case you don't have the master code ( the code NEEDED for all of the gameshark codes to work), I have it here:

Remember, these codes have the slight possibility of erasing your game, so use it at your own risk
They also ONLY work for Team Protoman, so don't try to use them on Team Colonel.

I dont know if this helps but a boktai game will give you crossover points with which you8 can get prizes from otenko (oran area 2) including his chip
LeaderRaid and NebulaGray are obtainable in MMBN5 Double Team DS version of the game. I don't know about the FinalGun, though.
