The Immortal Area was removed from the US version of the game. In the Japanese version, you would use the BatKey on the door in Underground Area 2 to unlock the Immortal Area.

statusGet the batkey by killing Bass in green area two(press a behind the big tree)then go to underground area 2 and if u hve the japinese version u will be able to enter immortal area on the left

You Cannot Enter In the US verison Because it was removed In the japanese Verison you can enter
