Final Fantasy VI Advance

I have read many posts on this glitch and while I have a ways to go before I even get there myself and don't need to worry about it just yet, I admit that I don't understand the procedure completely. I am one of those people that learn better when I see how something is done. I had the idea of seeing if there were any videos on the subject at youtube. I would start by checking there until someone that is more knowledgable aobut this glitch posts an better answer.

All the instructions I have seen to date have have been based on the idea that each tier had four people before anyone was killed off. So maybe it's possible that the glitch is activated only after you have actually killed off at least one person in the third tier AND have no one left in reserve when you reach Kefka?

Keep in mind that you can have three remaining characters when facing Kefka. The forums just state that you need to have an empty slot when you get to that point.

I've never actually done this, but I have read about it. What I read says that you bring 12 people to the final battle and, out of the 4 fighting in a tier of the battle, only 1 should be alive at the end of that tier. This means that you will use 13 people (4 at start + 3 swapped in at start of 2nd tier + 3 swapped in at start of 3rd tier + 3 swapped in at start of 4th tier) and the 13th person should be the Clone Terra. Again, I've never done this before, so I can't say for sure that it works.
