what do i do in the Coliseum for a 3 party run?

The Coliseum is unrelated to the 3 party run. The location you are looking for is NE of the Coliseum and it is a dungeon where you have to split into three parties, much like Kefka's Tower.

The Dragon's Horn is the Dragon's Den. Look North-East of the Colliseum, and there will be an island shaped like a B with a tree on the bottom half. Take the Falcon and land on the top half. Welcome to Dragon's Den.
