Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

"A fun game."

There are probably a lot of people who think that this game sucks. Well I just want to say that it doesn't suck in the least! With that said, on with the review.

Graphics 8/10
The graphics are not at all bad for a 2-d game, the motions are fluid and you can see the characters clearly. It is also not the kind of game where you have to squint to see everything good.

Music 8/10
I just have to say that the people that made this game picked good music for it. It always matches the scenario and keeps you with the game. Of course, like a lot of music for video games it gets annoying after a while and then you will want to shut it
off. Until then, enjoy it.

Sound FX 10/10
The sound effects are great! You can hear the different turtles make their different sounds as you beat somebody up. The characters you are beating up also make realistic sounds. Pretty much everything in this game makes really good sound effects.

Gameplay 8/10
The gameplay is extremely fun for almost all of the levels. Going through them beating up the guys along the way is fun. Do you remember about 4 years ago they had those big arcade machines at chuck-e-cheese with the tmnt in them beating the different people up, that is pretty much like what this is except a little toned down because it is on a handheld. The reason this section only gets an eight is because some of the levels can be annoying, and the last level? It is almost impossible to beat without cheats. A matter of fact, I've never beat it except with my action replay to help.

Replayability 10/10
This game has awesome replayability. You can just go through it over and over and over and you will never get tired of playing it. And the best part is, you can choose which part of the game you want to go to because each of the turtles missions are divided into acts. So you can just choose which act you want to go to and wallah, your there.

Borrow or Buy?
Well, I think that if you want to play this game you should buy it. I got it for a measly $10 at Walmart. But your going to have one heck of a hard time finding it in stores nowadays. The best place to buy it would be on ebay.com. If you can't find it to buy it or can't buy it, then just borrow it from a friend.
