"I would rather eat a can of moldy mayonase than play this..."

Ready 2 Rumble Round 2 is the maybe the second worst game for the Game Boy Advance (The first, of course being Pinobee). Unless you have been living on the moon for the last 3 years (no offense to all you moon people), you would know that the 3 series which have been out most for the most systems are:
a) Ready 2 Rumble
b) Army Men
c) (insert name here) Museum/Classic

All three are on every single console under the sun, and are all bad. Ready 2 Rumble has the exact same problem on every single console it's on, you play it for about half an hour, and it's fun, then you realize that the game isn't fun anymore. The game has some aspects which I love, like Afro Thunder's afro moving back and forth, or Mama Tua's body fat moving like Ms. Brody on a treadmill (yes I realise that only a handfull of people will get that joke, but it must be said). But watching a hairstyle's momentum will only bring you so much joy. Well, let's move on to the GBA version of this game:

Sound: 5
There is no sound during actual fights, all you here is the crowd's cheering. But during the menus you get that R2R music which I remember from all the other versions. Micheal Buffer's voice can be heard loud and clear, but it's too bad that the only thing that he say's is the character's name, you win/lose, and LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!. Which are all very nice, but get mighty tedious after a while. The sound effects are decent, but they can defentely be improved.

Gameplay: 2
I'm gonna be blunt, the controls blow. Unlike the Playstation 2 version of this game, you don't get to acually combo until you get RUMBLE, instead, you hit and stick, jab and jump, hook and hop, basically, you hit the guy then run like a, well you know what. The menu controls are pretty solid, but that isn't saying much. The training exercises are a weak attempt to throw in some variety, but even these get tired and are frankly too easy. You find that you can choose one and get all your attributes to 100% in about 15-20 minutes.

Graphics: 3
The graphics are ok, if you have never played Ready 2 Rumble before. If you have, then you are gonna know that all the aforementioned visualls that have come to set the R2R series to the high point of, as always, average. The ring spins, but it's really cheesy. The menus are the best part of the game to tell you the truth. It's bright colors and average music make me wanna swich between Easy, Normal, and Hard all day long.

Lifetime: 2
This game is only for people with nothing better to do. It will only last you about a week or two,and then it will find its way behind the couch. You won't really like the fact that after unlocking all ''secret'' players which you have seen on every other system, you will find yourself linking up and playing with a friend, wait, stop, they knew that not even 2 people would buy this game, and didn't bother to include a 2 GBA linking featre.

Overall this game sucks. There are a few people which I must abuse for a second:

Shaq- for not suing R2R for using your name in such a horrible game. For shame.

Michael Buffer- for putting your name on such a horrible game. For shame.

Nintendo of America- for letting such games get in the hands of children. This type of thing should be outlawed, along with anything with the words ''classic'' or ''museum'' in their titles.
