"This was a big surprise!"

This is a review of Iridion 3D for GameBoy Advance.

STORY- The game looks good enough to begin with. The back of the box doesn't make it to clear what the object of the game is.You find out your a little nothing of a ship whose wingspan is way too far and ''blaster'' if you want to call it that,is extremely weak. The game's odds seem to be extremly unfair. You're a rouge rebel human trying to take back the world from the Iridions.HAHAHAH! This game could have been better by formatting it like AceCombat3 for PS2. The ability to choose which vehichles and weapons you want to equip would really make this game great!
That would have been cool! BOOM!

GRAPHICS- The best part of the game. That's kinda sad considering the Gameboy Advance can make everything look good! But this game looks like it was the prototype game for Gameboy Advance. The graphics are all right but only cause its on the Gsmeboy Advance. It doesn't look like the designers even tried to use any of their new freedoms! They didn't even use the L and R buttons!

GAMEPLAY- The game is highly underdeveloped. You can't see whats in front of you which really sucks since you can only shoot forward. This makes avoiding obstacles extremely dificult. And if you're thinking ''I'll just fire my blaster, then no one will run into me'' Think again! Your blaster is a sad little dribble of light that makes your enemys laugh! Your enemys take like ten rounds of your firing and before they go down you've taken two of your maximum of three big hits before you die! This is only on the first level! If you do get to the boss, you'll find yourself disapointed to find him nearly INVINSIBLE! Again on the first level, the boss is a bodyguarded gizmo that blasts you with homing capabilities.

MUSIC- Some people think it was great others though it sucked. I thought it sounded like a lot of other games with the slightest hint of originality. You can't really pay attention to it though as your getting blown to smitherines.

OVERALL- I bought because I needed a new challenge, but found my self replaying Pokemon. It was chalenging but not that interesting.Like I said, it didn't use as many of the new features as it could of. In fact it only used the wider screen. I think it could have been a could enough GameBoy Color.
