"The perfect game for Zoids lovers!"

As the title says, if you like Zoids, you will love this game. Well even if you don't know what Zoids is, you can still like it. The game itself isn't bad, but there's some parts that can be improved. This games graphics are pretty good but not the limit for GBA. Some of the sound is good but some of the weapon sound effect need a bit of fixing. Otherwise, I don't think this is a bad game.

Story-9: The story is pretty much like all typical story. You are the prince of a kingdom in the planet Zi and there's a small conflict between the Kingdom and the Empire. One day, your kingdom is under attack by the Empire's Zoids. They take over your kingdom and plan to build the ultimate Zoid by traveling in time to find the parts. You and your team must stop their treachery by also traveling in time.

Gameplay-8: The gameplay is good, but before battles, if gives you all this message about the enemy zoids and other stuff that delays the play. It's a bit annoying sometimes when your in a rush but when your used to it, it's good.

Sound-8: The sound is okay. It doesn't heat me up or touch me in any way. It fits some of the battles but not all. The sound effects for the weapons suck. They don't sound real and stuff that makes you go ''Wow! That's a cool weapon!''

Setup of the game-9: It's a fresh setup for an RPG. You can move all the zoids in any order up to your judgement. It's pretty unique and good for players that have strategies in their mind.

Replay value-10: There are more than 100 Zoids blueprints and more than 500 ways for a weapon combination! When your done, your going to wonder, ''Hey! That was a cool Zoid! But I didn't find it. I play it again to see if I can find it.'' Trust me, there is more than you can think of and more styles than you can imagine.

Buy or Rent(in this case, borrow)?: I'd say rent first. Because so far the game is only in Japanese and you may not be used to guessing and flipping through dictionaries. So I would recommend you to first rent and if you feel good about it, buy it.

Overall-9: It's a good game and it may be one of Tomy's best work.
