"A game for the true wrestling fans."

Fire Pro Wrestling (fpw) is the first gba wrestling title to hit the stores and makes up for the bad gbc wrestling titles.

Graphics
fpw is not a beauty but for a wrestling game it's pretty ok.
The good thing of the graphics is that the moves are very well done. The wrestling fan will say a lot of ooohs and aaahs if they see a superstar perform a move like a powerbomb or if they splash from the top rope into a foe, very well done. The bad thing is that the ring and logos are very boring but the action makes up for it.

Sound
the sound of this game is not a very high point. there is music but it is pretty anoying so the most gamers will turn it off i think. the soundeffects of punches, slams and the crowd is pretty good and the best thing is that the crowd actually cheer for a good move. bad music, good effects.

Gameplay
This is what makes this game different from a game like road to wrestlemania. You may think the first time that you play it that this is a button smasher but soon enough you'll find out that you must press the buttons with much accuracy. The true wrestlefans will be happy to put much time in this game but i think the normal gamers will throw this game frustated in the garbagecan.

Replay value
This game is a real singleplayergame and thanks to the create a wrestlermode this game has lots of replay value i don't think this game will be in the box very soon but will be stuck in your gba for a long time.

Originality
This game is a original game in its genre. while most wrestling handheld titles were button smashers this game is far more than that and deserves the title best wrestling game ever.(and yes that includes Smackdown 3)

Closing Comments
This game will be THE game for wrestling fans. don't spent your hard earned money on a game like road to wrestlemania but buy this one and i will assure you, you will like it.
Bam! doesn't have the true the true wwf/wcw names in the game but they are really there under other names like Steve Majors/Steve Austin and Joe Sailesman/The Rock. If you don't like those names you can always change them in the rename mode and change there moveset, So what are you waiting for run to the store and BUY FIRE PRO WRESTLING!
