"One of the best games for Game Boy Advance."

STORY:(10/10) The Breath of Fire story for GBA is a great story. The Dark Dragons are invading the land and getting the Goddess keys to unlock the goddess Tyr from her imprisionment. The Light Dragons have to stop them before the Dark Dragons take over and destroy the world. As you can see by this summary it is a game of action, adventure, and intense battles.

MUSIC:(7/10) The music for Breath of Fire is good for the most part, but there are some tunes that seem sort of the same. Some of the music for the dungeons is not that good, but the begining theme and the battle music is really cool. The tune for when a new person joins your party is also really cool. Overall I think the music for Breath of Fire is pretty good.

SOUND:(8/10) They sound in Breath of Fire is fairly good except some times it seems a little fuzzy. That might just be my Game Boy Advance though. Alot of the time the music is clear and you can hear any other sounds and noises very well also. As far as the sounds other than tunes and music go they fit the characters and occasions pretty well. Though there aren't many other noises. The overall sound of the game is great though.

GAMEPLAY:(10/10) Breath of Fire has great gameplay. It took me about a month to beat it on my first time. This is considering a had the ''Nintendo Power Advance'' to give me maps and intructions for the parts so it might take alot longer without it. There are also a lot of had bosses in the game. Some of them took me more than once to beat. The final boss is also pretty hard. There are also a couple of easy parts to give you a break here and there. Breath of Fire has a long, fun, and sometimes rather diffuclt gameplay.

REPLAY VALUE:(5/10) Breath of Fire doesn't really have a great replay value from what I can figure. You can go back and maximize all the characters levels and get all the best items and equipment for them. Other than this I can't think of anything else you can do as far as replay value goes. So it doesn't really have a good replay value.

GRAPHICS:(7/10) The graphics for Breath of Fire a not the best but not the worst for GBA. It is better than alot of games but there are games with better graphics like Golden Sun. Some of the things could have been done better, but the graphics didn't really bother me because the game is so fun you don't really care about graphics. So even though the graphics aren't great it doesn't make the game any worse.

BUY OR RENT?: This is a game that couldn't be beaten in the time span of a week. WIth the exception of those who are extremly good at it. Even with the replay value low it is still fun to play it on a different file all over again. So I would definatly consider getting this game.

As you can see from this review Breath of Fire for Game Boy Advance is great game and a must have for any big RPG fan.
