"This game could make even Harry Potter get angry!!"

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone gives Harry Potter a bad name. The books are excellent, the movie was great, the GBA game is really bad.

Graphics: 9/10 The graphics a great. The makers made Hogwarts look realistic. Harry looks like Harry. The graphics in this game are very good. The only problem is that graphic do not make the game. Everything looks excellent though.

Story: 6/10 The story is of Harry Potter and his first year at Hogwarts. Except, they changed it a little bit. You have got to your class and have to accomplish something in the class. You must complete a year of Hogwarts without getting in trouble. The reason that the story does not get a worse grade is because at least it has something to with the movie. They got Harry Potter and changed it a lot.

Music/Sound: 5/10 It gets a five because it some what has a magical sound to it. They don't play the theme, and the music repeats itself. They songs are not very good but they get the job done.

Gameplay: 2/10 This is not a fun game at all. You go to your class and you have to go through an area, and find 5 different items and bring them back to the entrance. If you fall down a pit or die, then you have to start from the beginning. This gets so frustrating, because you could get 4 of the 5 items and die. It is boring because, there seems no point in getting them. I kept thinking that maybe it will get fun after I beat this part. It does not get fun. You don't learn very many spells. The ones that you do learn are not that good.The only fun thing to do is the Qudditch matches. They can be fun, but the majority of the time your going through mazes trying to find things. As far as the hardness of it goes, I would say that it is hard. The puzzles are easy, but if you mess up one time then you have to start it over again. I would call the more frustrating than hard.

Replay Value: 2/10 Playing this game is bad enough. Do not torture yourself by playing it twice. After playing it and you experience the annoying levels and pointless objectives, you will not want to do it again. I would cover my face in syrup, and stick it in an ant bed before I played this all over again.

Buy or Rent: Neither. Whatever you do, do not buy it. If you rent it you can get a feel of the levels. You probably won't get far enough for the semi-fun qudditch parts. If you buy it, then you are paying for frustration.

Overall: 3/10 The game just does not get the job done. I was very disappointed. Save yourself some spare time. Don't waste time with this one. The are many other fun games you can buy instead. This is the boring version of Legacy of Goku. This game disgraces Harry Potter.
