The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

"It Follows the Book better than the Movie! glitchy though..."

Ok I love this game and don't get my introduction wrong it IS a good game. If you don't want to read the review theres a ''pros, and cons'' at the bottom

Sound 6/10
The music is ok when its playing it cuts out a lot but when it is playing it fits the game prefectly. The battle sounds however are worse than most games it reminds me of a older FF (Final Fantasy) like 3 or 4.

Graphics 9/10
The background graphics almost rival Golden Sun, almost. The charecter graphics are pretty bad the Hobbits (Frodo, Sam, Pippin, and Merry) graphics are fine, theres not much detail though. The ''bigger people'' however walk like they have something stuck some place very very unpleasant.

Battle System 8/10
The battle system isn't that bad but its slow and the sounds are bad for example when your fighting a Big Dog it will slowly run up attack a charecter turn around then go back to the other side (slowly) then turn around not all enemies are that slow but the first few battles take so LONG!

Gameplay 10/10
The gameplay is great! As I've said before it follows the book better than the movie and yet they changed a lot of stuff in the story-line to make it fun(I.E. you have to use these things called ''Runes'' in the Mines of Moria instead of just walking through the Mines.

Control 9/10
Good exept for a few things like you can't walk on places where you should be able to walk and the battle control is annoying but not that bad (the cursor can move all over the screen instead of just on the charecters and enemies).

Replayability Very High
High even with the ''Moria Glitch'' its a very good gameif someone would make a working GS master code you could get past the ''Glitch'' then this game would be beyond ''Very High''

It depends on the type of games you've played before if you've played at least 3 FF (Final Fantasy) this game is about medium, for anyone else it can be harder-medium throu hard.

Buy or Rent? I hate this question...OK for most I'd suggest that they rent it first because you can get to the ''Moria Glitch'' within about 3-6 hours and most people get really turned off from the game there. For the hard-headed, and stubborn people: buy.
