"Gotta Catch Them All, Not So Easy This Time..."

The Pokémon games was, and forever will be, one of Nintendo's best franchises ever. The minute the Japanese got a hold of it...the Americans wanted it. They got it and it became as huge a hit as it did in Japan. Pokémon Red and Blue were the first two versions. They were THE BEST selling Pokémon games ever. A bit later, Pokémon Yellow came out, basicly a modified Red and Blue. Starting with Pikachu...getting the 3 Normal Starters first...people loved it. Then came Pokémon Gold and Silver, which added 100+ more Pokémon! It was long, it was harder...then came Crystal, the Yellow of Gold and Silver. Now, a few years later, comes Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, the first Pokémon games for Gameboy Advance, adding 100+ MORE Pokémon. Its huge, its graphicly improved, and its just all out the best of the best.

Story - N/A
What story. You want to be THE BEST Pokémon Trainer, just like all the other Pokémon games. Pretty simple stuff really.

Graphics - 10/10
The graphics have GREATLY IMPROVED from the other Pokémon games. There are reflexions in the water, you leave footprints in the sand, and its just overall improved.

Sound - 9/10
The music can be discribed in 1 word: cute. It fits this game a lot, and the music is great, the sound is perfect...just...great.

Control/Gameplay - 10/10
Pokémon is famous for Gameplay. You play as a trainer as he tries to get badges to face the Elite 4, and maybe a champion. Along the way, you will be catching Pokémon to use to help you, and training them along the way. If your Pokémon is only level 10, don't go fighting the 6th Gym Leader with him...he'll get his ass kicked! Its just common sense...train your Pokémon and they will help. Don't train them and you will get BEAT UP BAD.

Difficulty - 8/10
This is pretty simple, even in japanese, you should know what most of the menus are. The enemy Pokémon are pretty easy to fight too, but of course they get harder.

Overall - 10/10
The best Pokémon of all time, with even more to come most likely. Meanwhile...*Waits for Pokémon Stadium 3.* Uhh...wait. LoL, just get this game! If you don't know Japanese, don't worry about it, its still simple. If your still not sure, just wait for the English version.
