"Relive the Classic, with improvements galore!"

Intro
When I heard about this game, I knew I just had to pick it up. I've played Kirby ever since I was a little child, and I'm not stopping any time soon. I was extremely excited when I discovered that this was a remake of Kirby's Adventure, for the NES. This proves to be one of the best Kirby games out (again), and I enjoy it greatly. Let's go in depth.

Gameplay
Well, this is very close to the gameplay of the original. There are some differences, which are annoying to me, being a veteran to the original. But I can overlook all of this, and get used to them. My favorite improvement is the inclusion of a secret Meta-Knight mode. Wow. Two new minigames are included, which are Bomb, and Air Grind. Air Grind seems to try to hard to be trendy, but new minigames are great! My dreams have come true. But they took out the famous Kirby Crane!! Grr. Oh well, the gameplay is still great.

Gameplay = 8/10

Story

This has the same story as the original, which makes much sense. Protect the star rod from the nightmares. Fight the King, who really doesn't mean any harm anyways. Been there, done that, but it's still a nice story. Kinda corny, but it was written many years ago, so I'll cut it some slack.

Storyline = 7/10

Graphics

Wow, the improvements made to the graphics of this game are quite simply amazing! Nintendo must have read every fan's minds when they made this game. It looks like SNES Kirby, but plays like NES Kirby! It's genius I tell you. The bosses are huge in this game, but it's a neat thing. Very detailed backgrounds were also included.

Graphics = 10/10

Sound

REMIXED KA MUSIC = Bliss. Remixed music from Kirby's Adventure?? You must be kidding me! Well I kid you not, this game has it all. The music is brilliant, as are the sound effects. Nostalgia at it's finest. They really couldn't have done a better job in this department.

Sound = 10/10

Closing

Overall, I am very impressed with this game. Nintendo did their job, getting me to buy a game (again). If you have a GBA and don't pick this up, then I pity you. You are missing out on one of this year's greatest.

Overall = 9/10
