"How can I help you King DeDeDe? Give me a copy of that thare Kirby!"

Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland is a remake of the NES game Kirby's Adventure. Even if you own Kirby's Adventure, I suggest you pick up a copy of Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland.

Kirby 101: For those of you who are new to the Kirby series, here is some information. Kirby is famous for his ability to copy other powers from the other characters. King De De De and Meta Knight are usually very eager to stop Kirby in his tracks. Watch out!

Story-9/10: Kirby lives in a peaceful place called Dreamland. The citizens of Dreamland love to have dreams when they nap. They can have these wonderful dreams because of the Star Rod that lies in the Fountain of Dreams. But one day something horrible happened. King De De De stole the Star Rod! Kirby sets out at once to recover the star rod. But King De De De has broken the Star Rod into several pieces. So that means Kirby will have to travel through many lands to get it back. And so the adventure begins...

Graphics-10/10: The graphics on this little game are simply amazing! Check out the backgrounds! Beautiful. See the NES to GBA changes section for more details.

Sound-10/10: The sound is great in Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland is great. The cute little tunes fit the mood of the game perfectly. The sound effects are okay too. You don't really notice them that much.

Control-10/10: The controls are easy. Use the control pad to move Kirby. Use the B button to inhale and enemy and to use a copied power. Use the A button to fly. Very simple.

NES to GBA changes: Kirby now has a hat to show what ability he currently has. The bosses are huge now! Kirby looks so small and helpless now. And needles to say, the graphics are way better.

Overall-10/10: This game is great for any age. You could easily beat the game in less than two hours, but there is much more to do. You can play four really fun sub games too. The fourth one must be unlocked. By using a Game Boy Advance link cable, you can link up with up to three people for some our player action! Three of the four sub games can be played with only one game. If all of the players have a copy of Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland, they can play the main game together at the same time! This is very helpful when you get stuck at a stage/boss. So enjoy and think pink!
