"A Diablo II lookalike that takes place in Middle-Earth!"

This game could possibly be the best GBA game of all time. It has the same aspects of Diablo except for the fact that it is with LOTR characters and takes place in Middle-Earth. I just had to check it out and I was truly amazed. Read below to find out why!

Graphics-9/10
The Graphics of this game are truly amazing. It starts out with a very cool cutscene that has many scenes from the movie put together. The character sprites are very detailed and you can easily tell what character you are and what or who you are fighting. The backdrops are also very detailed and if you are like me you can spend a while just staring at them.

Sound-10/10
This amazed me more than anything else in the game. This is definitely the most beautiful sounds you will ever hear on the GBA. It has actual music from the movie put into the game and it sounds wonderful! The sound quality is definitely great.

Gameplay-10/10
This is where the game truly shines. With 5 different characters to choose from , ( Aragorn, Legolas, Eowyn, Gandalf, and Frodo) and each with a slightly different story-line this game has hours and hours of replay. There are many weapons and items to collect and even after you finish the game you can play it on a higher difficulty level and start out with your guy with all his equipment and skills! You usually finish the game with around a lvl 18 character, but if you want to reach the level cap ( which is 52 ) your going to have to keep playing. On top of all of that there are also certain artefacts that you can collect throughout the game that add to the excitement!

Story-10/10
There isn’t a whole lot to say about the story of the game. It’s exactly the way it is in the movie. You get to go through many places such as The Mines of Moria, Fangorn Forest, and many others.

Replayability-10/10
There is definitely enough things to do in the game to keep you playing for 40+ hours. There are 5 characters each with different skills and abilities and they all have different things to do in the game. Also if your going to try to reach the level cap or get all the artefacts it’s going to take you a long time. And on top of that even if you do complete everything I just said I would just keep playing for the fun of it!

Buy/Rent- Definitely Buy!
If you own a GBA I strongly suggest that you go out right now to your local game dealer and buy this game immediately! And if you don’t own a GBA go get one now and buy this game right away!
