"The wars contuines on the gameboy advance!"

Advance wars was considered the best game on the gba next to Golden Sun but I believe Advance Wars was better! Almost 2 years later, Nintendo and Itelligent Systems created the sequel to Advance Wars called Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising.. Get ready for another war on the gba.

-Story-
The Black Hole Army, one of the most ruthless armies around, has returned more powerful than ever and ready to kick butt. However, this time, they mean war! Also, the leader bought new friends with him! Orange Star, Blue Moon, Green Earth and Yellow Comet must prepare for the Black Hole Army. Together, once again, they must stand in the light and defeat the evil army!

Gameplay: 10/10

Advance Wars 2 is the same as Advance Wars 1. However there has been new stuff added. There is a new unit called the Neotank. Created by the black hole army, this massive tank is considered called a ''Heavy Tank'' It's spider-like design is very powerful, however it cost too much. Darn! There are also new Co's to use in this game. Many of them are useful and some of em are a waste of time, but you will have to learn all their strength and weaknesses to actually understand their powers. Oh yea, the Co's Special powers take a lot longer to charge up so just remember that. Also, All the old co's you remember have returned and they all look more serious and older. The game has all the same basic stuff you seen in Advance Wars. You got the amazing Campaign, however it's longer and bigger and this time, you can acutlaly choose what army you can play as. You also have the amazing war room where you can play against the computer. next we have the map room where your old friend, hachi returns to sell you maps. All the old maps from the game has returned so don't get worried. The game design is the same. All the units are there. The only new things added are facotries, missile silos, and cannons. Some of these thigns you need to learn how to use. Prepare yourself cuz this game is much more harder to play.

Graphics: 10/10

They didn't touch the game's graphics. All they did was add new stuff which was ok. Nothing bad here!

Music: 10/10

Perfection! The music is great and I actually enjoyed listening to some of em. The sound feels right too.

Replayability: 10/10

So much to do! You got the amazing campaign, war room, maps and co's to buy. In order to get all of this, you recieve coins when you play in the game. This game is 1-4 player. You can use it as a single-pak game or a multi-pak game.

Rent/Buy?

I recommand buying this the momemnt you read this review. If your new to this game, rent it just to get the idea.

Overall: 10/10.

A perfect score! Advance wars was my favorite game on the gba and this game is even better! I have so much fun with this game, I can't stop!
