"Netto and Rockman.EXE Return To Glory!"

Introduction: This game is the newest installment in the Rockman EXE (Megaman Battle Network) series! Capcom has brought back great things about the prequels and revamped them into a great new game!

Story: I love this story in this game, as it seems more fresh than the other games. In all the previous games it was just some evil organization trying to destroy the world. In this game however it is more based around three tournaments that lead up to the ending scenario. The beginning, middle, and end of both versions of the game are the same, yet the way you get there is different. The tournaments are even randomized in this game so you will fight different people that someone else with the same version. Overall, this is a great story, just as all the others.
Score: 9/10

Sound/Music: I miss the old title music. *starts crying* Oh well this new music is great as well. Though it seems more kiddy than the other versions, it is less repetitive. Overall, the sound and music is over-par for a Gameboy Advance game.
Score: 8/10

Gameplay: The controls in the game are perfectly crisp as always and there is no delay in the commands. In the previous games, Rockman.EXE had the ability to go threw style changes based on how he fought, in this version, that has been replaced with the soul system. In the tournaments after you defeat certain navis, you will get their ''soul'' and be able to ''fuse'' with them. Though these ''unisons'' only last 3 turns they are pretty powerful. Also, this installment in the series includes ''Dark Chips'', which are extremely powerful chips that will corrupt Rockman's soul when he uses them. Overall, gameplay still has room for improvement but is better than most games on the market.
Score: 9/10

Replay Value: Ahhh... Replay Value. This is where Rockman EXE 4 shines the most in my opinion. Unlike the other EXE titles (with the exception of 2), after you finish the game, you can restart the game on hard mode (and then after that, super-hard mode). Oh, so you have to restart, that stinks! But, guess what! You get to restart keeping, all your stats, souls, chips, and Navi Customizer stuff!!! The main reason for this is because, in the first time through the game you will only earn 3 of the possible 6 souls in the game. In hard mode, you will earn 2 more, and in super-hard mode, you will earn the final soul! This is a great addition the the replay value! Overall, I say this games Replay Value is easily up there with the highest on any Gameboy Advance game!
Score: 10/10

Overall: This game is a great game to get and any fan of the series would love it, though if you are a new comer, I suggest that you go to Rockman EXE 1 or 2 instead (though you would still enjoy this, you would not understand it fully). I love this game and I believe you would too!

OVERALL SCORE: 9/10 90%
