"My review of DM8"

I found this game to be quite interesting, and strangely addicting.

This game is a must have for Yu-Gi-Oh! fans, even if you don't read Japanese. It is simple to follow the storyline of this game, because you can guess what someone is saying by their facial expression. I understand very little Japanese, but this game was simple to follow for me.

The controls of this game are quite simple. You are able to walk (or run) in any one of the four Cardinal Directions. Pressing the ''b'' button will enable you to run, which can be very useful if you want to get somewhere quickly.

They graphics make use of nearly all of the colors displayable on a Game boy Advance. The graphics surprised me, they are about as good as a Play station One game.

The sound is rather boring, it is just like any other Game boy Advance game. It has the basic bloops and bleeps, but it has some extra noises, such as a dog barking, but other than that the sound is rather boring. If you do not like the traditional Game Boy music, I highly suggest that you turn the volume off, and turn on your CD player.

As for how this game stacks up to the other YGO games, I found this to be the best Yu-gi-oh! game I have played. It has an exciting and action packed plot, that follows the animé series (Yu-Gi-Oh!). It has dueling rules based on the TV series too, so if you have always wanted to play the god cards in a duel, here is your chance.

In the game you have 8000 life points to work with, before you must go to your house and recharge them. I think this is pretty great, because it puts the pressure on you to conserve your life points and use spell and trap cards, if you have many duels in a row. You must think about the long term effects, before you make a bone head move.

If you want to buy this game however, you should shop around for the best price before you buy this game. Most sites sell this game for like $45 USD, and I found this game for $9.95 on a site.
