The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius: Jet Fusion

Introduction
Everyone's favorite boy genius is back on Game Boy Advance. For those who don't know who Jimmy Neutron is, Jimmy Neutron is a 10-year-old genius. Jimmy, along with his robotic dog Goddard, often get into many adventures, invent new gadgets to make their life better, or hang out with their friends.

Gameplay
The gameplay in Jimmy Neutron: Jet Fusion is fun! If you played Metroid Fusion on your Game Boy Advance, the gameplay is quite comparable. Jimmy explores huge levels (which is divided into four worlds with four parts each) filled with enemies, upgrades, and secret spots. During each level Jimmy blasts enemies with a Sonic Resonator (a laser blaster gadget), which is upgraded in later levels to defeat tougher enemies. Jimmy will also receive newer gadgets in later levels too. Defeating enemies can be intense at times, but sometimes it's not too intense, which is a good thing. At the end of a level, Jimmy will collect a part he needs to make a gadget After collecting three parts, Jimmy puts a gadget together. With the gadget you'll be able to play a Mini Game. After the Mini Game you'll fight a boss (which is one of Jimmy's friends transformed). Fun gameplay overall.

Story
The story is about Jimmy inventing the Virtual World Reproduction Machine to show a book report to his class about his favorite book ''Jet Fusion''. When Jimmy activates the device, instead of showing off the book, it zaps Jimmy and his class into the book. Upon entering the book Jimmy meets Jet Fusion, a spy/action hero. Jet tells Jimmy that the world is being taken over by a mad scientist named Dr. Calamitous. Jimmy and Goddard knew they had to stop them.

Graphics/Sound
Graphics are great and very colorful. Although they don't capture the 3-D computer animated look of the Jimmy Neutron TV show, they capture the illustrations in the Jimmy Neutron book series, which is great! Sound is also great too. The music is cool, but Sound effects can be repetitive at times.

Play Time/Replayabilty
Play time is a bit short, but replayabilty is high. It's always fun to go back to explore levels, or blast a few enemies. There's even the Mini Games and boss levels to come back to as well.

Final Recommendation
If you are looking for an excellent action/adventure game with intense action that isn't too intense, or someone who loves Jimmy Neutron, then this game is for you! If you aren't too sure about it, then a rental is always good.
