"This game is fairly odd"

This game is a simple platform game. Like every other game out there, this game has a story line. The only problem is that this story line is extremly bad. Fairly Odd Parents: Breakin' Da Rules consists of two ex-convict 'anti-fairies' who are trying to change Vicky's house into a paradise for themselves (pretty crappy storyline). Vicky has a friend named Timmy (how original). In the process of making the paradise, the main character, named timmy, is thrown out of the house. The worst part is that Timmy doesn't know about the ant-fairies. Timmy then starts his adventure.

The gameplay is just like any other platformer around, ie. run, run, shoot, bash, hit, skill, run. This game has two land levels at least (above ground and below ground). If its a platformer you're looking for turn around now and head for mario.

The graphics are the ussual cartoon-like animation. It is similar to all the nickolodean games. But this is not a bad thing. I acutually like the graphics of this game, but this is the only thing pulling this game out from the bottom of the garbage. I think that the game makers could of put a little more time in the sprites, because they are incredibly poor.

Also what helps to make this bit better than a score of 4/10 is that it has a few wierd and wacky skills that i have never seen in any other game. One example is turning into a fairy and shooting laser beams. Also unlike most other games, which use mana to use skills, Fairly Odd Parents uses coins which can be aquired by defeating enemies. This game has another intriguing element, that is the ambushes. While lugging along the platform screen every now and then you will encounter a mini boss in an ambush.

If you actually play this game, you won't be playing more than once. It has so much repitition that its reply value has gone ou the window. In my opinion the most important things about its game is its replay value, its gameplay and most importantly its story line. The sad thing about this game is that it fails in passing all the criteria of a good game. I would only suggest buying this for a child, other than that it's useless (maybe you can use it as a coaster)

Pros
-Wacky and differnt skills

Cons
-Graphics
-Boring storyline
-Poor gameplay
-Its too repetitive
-That it only has one pro
