"Good Style, but way to linear."

Gamplay: 7
It is pretty kewl at the beginning, the story is childish as I will explain later, but the rest of the game itself is just well done for a Capcom Tactics Game. The way to create moves and weapons is fun and can prove entertaining as you try to find the scroll to make them. It is a new way of tactics gaming, and that is always good. I enjoyed the system better then FFTA, mainly because FFTA was an insult to the awesome story and game FFT for PS1.

Design: 5
Now alot like gamplay do I judge games like this, but I made this option of rank for this game. The way that you cannot train in this game is annoying as hell. I like that in tactics game, even timed ones, you can at least have the option to go back to old fields to train up your men and collect items you may have missed. In this game you get your scrolls by luck and if you mss them, then oh well. And you cannot power up your characters by going back, though the game is so simple you have no need for it, but yea....

Graphics: 8
32 bits used all the way on this. Just like sprites should be, detailed enough on the tiny screen. Well done, and nothing at all wrong with anything used visually.

Sounds: 8
Again, the GBA was fully used in the Sound and Audio section, the sounds although blotchy were exposed correctly for every move conducted. What do you expect from an inch sub?

Replay Value: 3
Expect this game to be a dust collector once you're done with it. Maybe one day you can swiffer it off and play it to remember the old days, but other then that... Yea, why did I give this game a three on the replay? My game? it is on the shelf of Rhino's Game right now, but I got 8 dollars store credit for it.

Buy/Rent?: Rent
This game is worth a play, as it lets you play a different method of tactics... And tyring new things is always good. Like I say, don't knock it till you try it.
