Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors
Review by bardockson08
"Smacking-Action with Transforms, You suck taketsu!!!!"
I waited 6 months for this game, hoping for transformations, easy super moves, and awesome graphics. My fingers would soon be free. I was not disappointed. I'll slice up this review. Get your tongue off the floor man. (400 word min., crap.) In order to tell you the most about this game, I'll break up this review into... umm... ummm... like four or five pieces.
Graphics 10/10
The graphics on Super-Sonic Warriors blew me away. Simply beutiful, much better than taiketsu. The backgrounds are semi-3D, adding a feel of depth to the playing field.
Sound 9.8/10
Some DBZ themed music would have made this game better, but I'm not complaining! Finally, a game with people's voices.
Gameplay 11/10
Why an 11? When you play Taiketsu, you stay on the ground, only going to the skys for sky battle. Who wants to stick on the ground on a DBZ game? Movement is enhanced 10 fold. Combos don't cause carpal tunnel sydrom, and Super Powered moves are as esay as A + B + R, who would ask for more? You want more, how about transforms. Finally!!!! Who wants to fight without going SSJ without using a kamehameha? Throws are easy, and if the victim hits the wall, or the ground...BOOM!!!!!!! Explosions, rapid fire ki blasts, blocking. Taiketsu was like DBZ Tekken, but with sucky moves
Menus & Such 9/10
I love the features, but no go for the pushing up = going down thing.
Four words, B-U-T-Ful
RENT, OR BUY
Buy this game, buy 10 copys for your friends' birthdays, snag a link cable and link up, then team up!!! Please, when buying this game, refrain from running up to the big giant electronics guy, and giving him a kiss. The best game since Budokai!!!
