This is my first review, so bear with me.
Difficulty-6/10
After reading the instruction manual and 1 FAQ online, I beat this in a week and 2 days. But, then again, those last two days were spent on the boss and the final mini-game. Overall, if you have never played a Spyro game before, this is hard. Even if you have, it's challenging. The minigames get harder as you move on, in level and stage. The traveling between minigames is boring, and easy. Collecting gems is not necessarily easy, since the ones above 2 go away after you get them once, but every time you enter a "portal" the 1's come back. I got 999 gems 2 times, but you pay 10 gems each time you run out of health or fall into nothingness, you can buy trading cards with the gems, and going into a minigame costs 10 gems x current stage number to get in.

Oh, you could have done better. Still, pretty good for the way it is. Compared to other Spyro games, though, this stinks. In the minigames, it looks like a purple blob sitting in one of the tanks.
Fun-9/10
Okay, this was the best part. The mini-games were just challenging enough to meet a good standard. The characters are okay. Collecting gems is fun, especially since you can get big ones like 10's and 25's.
Worth the Cost-8/10
This cost me 30 dollars, and although I don't regret buying it, that seemed a little high for what it gave me. I can always have one of my friends rent it, or trade it for one of theirs for a little while. Thank god it has multiple save slots.
Extras-9/10
I haven't tried codes or easter eggs yet, but multi-player is fun, and trading cards is okay, too. I have a full set.
Overall a good game, but don't expect to have fun for a long time with this. Even though you can restart.
