Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2

"Very nice portable game"

The game Dave mirra pro bmx 2 is a biking game where you do tricks and get scores and have to complete various obstacles. At first when playing this game it seems very difficult, and even seems impossible to play, but after playing for about thirty minutes you learn how to control yourself and it becomes easy and very fun. The only bad thing about it is that you have to complete every objective in every level to advance, and that can be difficult without the use of a strategy guide. But overall I love this game and would recommend it to anyone. Heres my scores:

Sound 8/10
The sound for this game is a lot better than other game boy advance games, but still annoying and I play the game with the volume off.

Graphics 10/10
The graphics are great in this game, for being game boy advance. It feels almost as if you are playing a playstation game, or like playstation's graphics anyways. In any case the graphics get a perfect ten from me.

Controls 10/10
I really like the controls for this game. They are easy to work with, tricks being r, flips being l, and ollie a with grind being b. Simple to use and fun to play with. The controls are one of the things I really liked about this game, and I hope you will too.

Gameplay 5/10
This is the badpoint in the game, and also one of the most important aspects of the game. The gameplay is boring in some of the levels of this game, and are annoying to play and may frustrate you very badly. The gameplay can make you sit for hours trying to find out what to do because its not completely outlined in the game...unless you use a strategy guide of course, then its very easy and the gameplay would have a higher rating, but for me, I don't use strategy guides until I complete a game once so it was difficult for me.

Overall 8/10
All in all this is a very good game boy advance game and I would recommend it to anybody with the system. Its a sport game for a portable system and is very fun and playable. I love it.

Rent or Buy?
Definitely buy it, you won't be disappointed.
