Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge

"I would never have thought this game would be so much fun!"

From the very successful Battle Network series comes a new game, Megaman battle chip challenge has to be one of my favorite Gameboy Advance Games, find out why in my review!

Story - 6/10

Well basically the story sucks, lan gets a e-mail from the battlechipGP about winning rare chips by defeating other navis, in a series of classes and lan being the person he is decides to compete for the rare chips they are giving away, and well thats about it.

Graphics - 8/10

The graphics are really the same as the other battle network games, but thats a good thing as the graphics are nice and colorful and also quite detailed, they could have improved some instead of just porting the graphics from past megaman battle network games, but overall the graphics are very good for the gba.

Sound - 9/10

The sound is very clear the only thing that I don't like is that there is only one tune when in a battle. It may not sound that bad but you will be battling at least 500 times if you want to fully complete the game.

Game-play - 9/10

Game-play in this game is very different from past games, you make a folder from your library of chips and then from your folder you make a battle deck. When you are in battle you have 12 chips in you battle deck 1 Navi chip, 2 first row chips, 3 second row chips, 4 third row chips and 2 slot in chips. You should put your best chips in the 1st row because they have a higher chance of being selected. The 2 slot in chips are chips that you might want to use in a emergency situation you have a slot in meter at the bottom of your screen and gets higher by 5% everytime someone does a action the higher the percentage the higher the chance of the slot in chip working. Also in this game you can't walk around you just have a menu asking you what you want to do, but you still have many options to choose from.

Length - 10/10

The main game will take you around 16 hours to complete but there is much more to do than that! You can also choose to collect all 243 chips, do all the openbattle games, and all the tournaments to do everything you are looking at 40+ hours of game-play!

Overall - 9/10

All in all this game is amazing if you see this game cheap you must pick it up! It will be worth every penny you spend on it!
