Mobile Suit Gundam Seed: Battle Assault

"A new gundam game?"

Introduction- This game is shown as seen in the series. If you like to which the shows then you might enjoy this game. This takes you somewhere around half way from the tv show. The game is a fighting game. It follows the series well so if you have seen the show then you would know what is going to happen in this.

Gameplay 3/10

In this game you will be punching and kicking just like any other fighting game. You will also be using thrusters some laser beams and all the other stuff. You can do your special attack when you go into berserk mode. You will also be using psi armor if you run out of this you won't be able to use laser beams or anything that needs the psi armor. The only thing you really need in here is your health because without it you can't win a battle.

Sound 8/10

The sounds here is good you can hear the laser beam and the fighting that is going on. If you don't like to hear any of this thing then you can mute the sound and turn on your favorite song instead. If you really like the sound of fighting then you can keep on the sound. I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't put in better sounds it would have been cool if they put in cool sounds that people could enjoy.

Graphics 10/10

This game has very good graphics. The gundam themselves looks great it has good details. This game graphics seems to be more details then some other games. The graphics here is one of the best parts of this game, but they could have made a little bit better backgrounds. Other then this the graphics are the best.

Story 5/10

The story it follows is the one in the tv series. When you pick a character you will fight for one side so just chose which side do you like best. If you haven't watch the series yet you might get a idea of how the series is. If you watch it before you should know what is going to happen it depends on which side you chose. You can try out all the characters to see what happens to them in the end. You can find it to be sad or happy. If you don't want to know what is going to happen in the series you should keep away from this game, but you can always play this game once you already saw the series.

Controls 3/10

The controls are a little weird here when you block you can mess up and use a weapon instead. You can always change the controls anyways, but you should remember what you change so you don't end up losing because you forgot your controls. The controls would have been a lot better if the programmers would have put more time into it, but if you play for a while you should be able to get use to your controls. Once you get to know the controls very well then you will be good at this game since you would know what you are doing. For people who haven't play gundam games yet you should take a little time to learn this will proved helpful.

Fun factor(9/10)or(3/10)

This game is good for most gundam fan, but not so great if you like normal fighting games. If you really like gundam seed then it is recommend that you get this game. Overall this game is ok because I am a gundam fan. The story in this game isn't so great. In this game they don't save your data for you so you have to write down the code to pick up where you left off last time. This game can be easy if you are very good at gundam games. This game you might find a little hard if you don't know all the controls. In this game like I said earlier it will tell you what will happen in the series so if you don't want to know then I suggest you keep away from this game until you have seen the series.

Conclusion(5/10)

This game is recommended for gundam fans so if you don't like gundam games then you should avoid this game. The game isn't too hard so if you are looking for something hard you might want to find some other games. Overall this game is great if you love gundam games or you just love gundam seed not so great if you don't like gundam games.
