Mega Man Battle Network 4 Blue Moon

"This game rocks!"

Lets see... MegaMan Battle Network 4... Most hated of Battle Network series. But why? I fail to understand. In my eyes this game kicks butt. And now.. time for the meat and potatoes of this review. You know, the scores.

Story: 5/10

You have to admit, the story is pretty, well, bad. The story is that MegaMan and Lan must defeat a new threat to the net- but will they do it without MegaMan turning into pure darkness? Something like that. Anyway, most of the story is explained in the seringious that are in each tournament. Just not very well...

Gameplay: 10/10

The gameplay in this game is VERY basic. Basic as in good. Bassically, out of battle, its like a RPG game, with its random battles and stuff. Outside the net, you can jack in to a electrical controled area and you enter the net. This is where all the battles, the challenges, and the Chaos is. In battle, you are in a red 3X3 area on the left, the opponent/s have a blue 3X3 are to the right. Before a turn starts, you can get chips to use against your enemys. You would not get ANYWHERE without chips. You can use a chip once per battle. Also, the main parts of the game are these tournaments. Each tournament has you battling against 3 different Navis (Bassically the guys who roam the net) after doing their indivudual seringious. The game explains more.

Graphics: 10/10

Bassically, its good and makes the charaters look like what they SHOULD. Dont listen to complaints like 'MegaMan was never a shrimp!". Nice excuse. MegaMan is SUPPOSED to be a shrimp! Anyway, no one looks ridiocolus.

Controls 10/10:

I'm not going to say every control step by step, but lets say its easy to master and is perfect and has no troubles, K?v Dont worry, there is a tutriol at the beggining, explaining how to play.

Music/Sound: 9/10

The music rocks. From the theme song to the Dark Soul song, they are all COOL. Only problem is that a Gameboy Player will greatly make the music playing when there's trouble weird and not good at all. Also, the Nintendo DS makes that same song seem weird too.

Charaters: 10/10

These cahraters rock! There are no cruddy charaters that bore you to death. NONE. Personally, my favorite charater is Bass. Who is he? Play the game to find out! (And the other games have him too)

Replay value: 10/10

There are tons, and I mean TONS of things to do. Like getting all the souls, or getting all the chips, or other stuff like finding out who Bass is. So much to do... so much...

Overall: 9/10

This game is a MUST BUY I tell you. So after reading this review, I hope you will know if you should buy this wonderful game.
