"A Pretty Great Game"

Story: 7/10

You live in the big city, and you get tired of the same thing every day. You see an ad in the newspaper about a farm, and you begin thinking that it will be fun to live on a farm, like an escape from the city. When you get there, it ends up being a huge mess, nothing like you were thinking. The mayor comes and explains what happened, and includes a little bit of making fun of you. After hitting him with a few tools, he suggests making the farm to what it used to be. After you agree, you move on to the next day, where you begin your life as a farmer.
Compared to Friends of Mineral Town's story, it's a little worse. It has a lot less to do with the farm, although I suppose it is a pretty nice story. I just personally enjoyed the story with more to do with the farm at the beginning.

Graphics: 9/10

There are some great graphics, for a GBA game, and I, being a fan of the series, am excited to see that you can change clothes in this game. You just buy a mirror. Although you can only change the color of your overalls, it's quite an improvement to the same old outfit, every day.

Sound: 8/10

I normally don't listen to the sound much, but when I do listen to this sound, I really enjoy it. It has fitting sounds for different places, and very interesting sounds for many things.

Game play: 10/10

There is so much to do in this game. You have festivals to attend to, men to marry, crops to take care of, animals to take care of, a horse to look after, building to create, tools to upgrade, friends to make, gather things in the forest, mine, fish, the list could go on and on. The fun could never end.

Replay Value: 10/10

The game never ends in this. You could play the same thing for game years on end, you could get a vacation house, and if you choose to start a new file, you could make your farm even better.

To me, this game is definitely worth buying. Unless you have Friends Of Mineral Town, this is a definite must-buy, especially if you're a girl.
