"Kim Possible is one cute agile redhead"

Without a doubt, Kim Possible is one of the best adventure game I ever played in terms of graphics, because wow, the graphics for this game just blows me away! For those of you who don't know what Kim Possible is, well, me either. But I know its a show made by Waltz Disney.

Straight off the bat there is a video introduction for this game which is very good! It is a video clip that you actually see on TV, not those comic book style narration.

Anyway you start off this game in a – it looks like a mall!-- and you have to go through some obstacles in this game. This level serves more as a tutorial level because it teaches the moves Kim can do in this game. How? First, when you approach something there is a cut scene of Kim doing the action with the buttons explained, so then you follow the lead. Simple stuff.

Let me talk about the graphics for this game because it is one of the best graphics I have seen for the GBA! I thought that these kind of graphics isn't even possible for the GBA but Kim Impossible proved me wrong! The graphics for this game is very nice and bright, and has a cartoon style like that of the Waltz Disney animation style. Think of the movie The Beauty and the Beast – the animation style is like that.

While there isn't much details in the textures, the color is solid and there is gradation in the game which gives it the cartoon feel.

And the characters in the game is nice and big, too! Kim is about 3/10 of the screen so she is nice and big and you can see her. Notice that the game developers even made her a bit realistic – she moves when you lead her inactive.

Now, you're wondering what Kim Impossible, the cute little red head can do. Here is what this cool female character can accomplish in the game: she can punch and do a combination of moves, that's for sure. She knows how to do a few other cool things too, like jumping, grappling into the edge and using her gadgets. Gadgets? Of course she has gadgets! Because she is impossible Kim.

Er, now she has things should as a grappling hook like that of Batman to get her into places or between gaps. She also has this other thing that looks like a lip sticks, strangely enough. And when she throws it into a chasm of any kind (like, a man hole for example) it sticks which provides her support to walk on.

In closing, I think this is a great adventure game; the only thing that is lacking is there isn't enough challenge in this game for older gamers – I guess this game is for the kids, then. Should you buy or rent this game? I suggest you buy this game for kids who like Kim Possible, or want to keep an overall good adventure game, otherwise rent this game because it will keep you entertain for a few hours until you beat this game.
