Introduction:

Well, you probably have bought Conker's Pocket Tales, run back home, and 
gotten yelled at by your mom from making a mess of opening the box and 
starting the game. When you started playing it, you were also probably 
confused like hell about what's going on. First off, when you get to the 
file-select screen, the 3 big orange books represent the 3 files. You 
choose one by pushing left or right. Nothing to worry about, right? (I 
got a bit carried away when I couldn't figure out how to use the files.)

Well, that's why I'm here. To make sure you don't get carried away. 

Now, there's one more thing I must note. I am not the best FAQ writer on 
the planet Earth (I have made a Tetris Attack guide for Super Nintendo, 
that didn't end up working), and I may be a bit "off". Oh well!

SO SORRY TO EVERYBODY!!!! I haven't had time to update, cuz I started 
High School last week, and have been busy. BAD NEWS: Might not ever 
finish this walkthrough. GOOD NEWS: I am still gonna write FAQs. Just E-
Mail me asking me to do one on a certian game. I just might!

The Story:

"Surprise!" cheered Berri and friends as Conker stared 
speechlessly at the mountain of presents before him. "Happy Birthday, 
Conker!"

He thanked them heartily, jumping up and down as he eyed the stash 
of gifts.

"Hold on", said Berri stepping between the squirrel and his 
birthday hoard.  "There's something else you have to do first..." She 
gave a whistle, and in came a trolley bearing the biggest birthday cake 
Conker had ever seen.

"Wow, Berri!  This is great!", he exclaimed.

But Berri was frowning.  "Hang on," she said suspiciously, "this 
isn't the one I made..."

Suddenly the fake cake burst open with a crash.  A bulky figure 
sprang up from the wreckage, cackling as it landed amidst the presents 
and started gathering them up for itself.
"Hey!" Berri squealed at the intruder.  "What do you think 
you're...YIKES!"

Quick as a flash, their uninvited guest turned on Berri and 
grabbed her under one arm, even as it turned to flee with its haul of 
goodies.

"Conker!", came Berri's suddenly-panicked voice.
	
But by the time Conker had pushed through the stunned crowd and 
made it to the door, the Evil Acorn and his captive were nowhere to be 
seen...

Walkthrough:

THE FOREST**************************************************************

When you start the game, you are in your house. (Isn't that where ALL 
games start?) Well, walk around and get to know your controls. They are:
-CONTROL PAD to move (press the control pad twice in any direction to 
run)
-A to jump (also to read signs, talk to people, etc.)
-A twice to stomp
-B to swipe (untill you get the slingshot)
-START to pause
-SELECT to dig (to save, when paused)
Well, once you got all that down, go left to another room, get the items 
(the game has descriptions) and then exit the house. Get more items by 
your house, then go left to the dirt patch. Dig through, and get the 
game's first present in the garden. Go back to the other dirt, south of 
your home. When you leave your yard, there's a walking acorn. There's 
millions of these walking acorns, who help you out if you talk to them. 
Talk to this dude here. Now, to get to the Forest Guardian's house, 
follow the path right, down, right, up, right, and up the steps, past an 
acorn guy. Follow this path up to the Forest Guardian's house. When you 
get there, collect the items, and go right to the other room. Talk to 
the Forest Guardian. When he's done, take the 2nd present and the key. 
To get to the weapon (slingshot), go to the windmill. Directions are to 
exit the house, go down, and down the steps. Follow the path left, down, 
left, up, left past your house, up, right, up, left, and up. Continue up 
past the energy piece, and up the steps. Follow that path up, to the 
windmill. 

Now, in the windmill, talk to the guy, then go past him to get the 
items. go back, then go right, to the first puzzle. (In all puzzles, the 
silver-colored blocks are numbered, starting at the upper left corner, 
just reading like a book, sort-of.) So, push block 2 left, then up. push 
block 1 up, and then enter the door. Get present #3, and go up the 
stairs. Get the slingshot (yay!) and other items. Exit the windmill, and 
head back to the Forest Guardian.

When you arrive, talk to the big chief, and play his target shooting 
game. Not too hard, aim and fire with A or B. Almost impossible to lose. 
When you win, you gain access to the forest, home of Forest Wong. So, to 
get there, exit the house, and head north. Get present #4, and continue 
upward. go right, and follow the path. Go left, up, left, and in the 
house (either door is fine). Inside, get the energy, go left, and talk 
to the guy (Forest Wong). Get the key, and head upstairs. Present #5 is 
there. Exit the house, and head down to exit this area. Back at the 
Forest Guardian's house, head down, left, down, left, and down. Cross 
the bridge above the waterfall. Across the river, Follow the path untill 
you reach a fork. Go left, and follow that path, then enter the house at 
the end. Talk to the acorn guy in there, get present #6, and go through 
the door. Follow the room around the corner, and into another puzzle 
room. Push block 1 left, down, and right. Push block 3 down, then left, 
and block 2 down. After that, go straight up, and up the stairs. In the 
next room, go down, and press A twice to stomp on the rat. When he's 
gone, go back downstairs, and in the left door, which is now open. Go 
left, and kill the bat with the slingshot. exit the bottom door.

Back outside, go into the next house. Get the energy, and go right to 
another puzzler. Push block 1 left, 2 left, then up, 3 up, and 4 right. 
Now, exit the bottom door. Go left, to a switch puzzle. Stomp on the 
switches, #1 first:

After that easy puzzle, go up and get present #7, stomp on the switch, 
and go back downstairs, right, and down. Outside, go to the next house. 
Collect the ammo inside as you head up. Stomp on the rat, and continue 
up. Kill the bat and go down. Skip the next bat, and go back outside 
again. Enter the big barn , left door. Go up, and kill the plant. Go 
right, to another switch puzzle.

After that, go up through the opened door. In the large room, just exit 
at the door on the bottom. Kill the 2 rats, go right, and down. Outside 
(again), go right, and up into the cave. Run past the spider, go right, 
and avoid the rock-cannons. Talk to the acorn fellow, and continue down. 
Dig through the dirt, go left, and exit down. Go down the stairs, and 
follow the path through the trees, down, right, and up. Talk to the 
black acorn (the Evil Acorn!!) Get the energy and ammo, and prepare for 
the first boss. Enter the cave.

HSSTAMEAN***************************************************************

This is the first boss. He's simple, don't worry a bit. To defeat him, 
fire at the snake's head. To beat him without getting hit, just stand in 
the narrow spot between 2 trees, so he won't touch you. Then when he 
passes you, fire at his head. Simple, huh? After hitting him 5 times, 
he's gone. Then, go back down, where you appeared, and go get present 
#8. You have all 8 presents in The Forest! Go up the stairs, and enter 
the portal. 

You'll appear by an acorn guy. Chat, and go left. Pick up the paper 
(party invite), and push the log in the water. Then, go up, cross the 
river, right, and up the stairs. This is the barn, the entrance to level 
2. You need 8 presents to enter. You got 8, so head inside! Talk with 
acorn dude, and continue up. Stomp ratty, go right, down, and to the 
switch puzzle:

Go up into the door. Another box puzzle! To do it, push number 1 left, 
then up. 2 goes up and left, while 3 goes up, and 4 goes left. Go down 
and right, get the key, and go back down.

VULTUREVILLE************************************************************

You are now in Vultureville, level 2. There's alot of running around in 
this level! You need 16 presents to re-enter the barn, so go left, and 
up to the big building (right door). Go up, right, down, right, and up. 
Talk to the dude, and hit the switch. Go back, and go all the way left, 
then up through the door. Then go right, get present 9, and do the 
switch puzzle.

Now, go back, and exit the south door. Go a bit right, then south, 
through the fence. Make your way across the bridge into Vultureville. 
Walk around, look at some houses, but talk to someone. They'll tell you 
to go to the undertaker. He's in the house at the upper-right corner of 
town. Go inside, up through the back, and up. Go up the ladder, then 
continue up, then right at the cemetery. Before you enter the cemetery, 
go up the narrow passage, then right, down, and left. Then go down the 
hill and right. You got another invite thing! Return and go back through 
the cemetery, to the house. Go inside, and talk to the guy. Afterword, 
get present 10 right by him. Talk to the other guy there. You get thrown 
into jail. To get out, complete the switch puzzle:

Then go down, right, and up, to another puzzle:

Then, go down, left, and talk to the dude. Get the 11th present, then 
exit. Now, to get to the bank, go right, down for a little, then right. 
Talk to the acorn, then go up. Talk to the next guy. He tells you you 
must stop Honker. To do so, shoot with A, and duck with B. It's not that 
hard. Talk to the guy after the fight, and get present 12. To get back 
to the sherrif, go left, up, then left. He says the Vulture Culture may 
know where Berri is. To get to the Vulture Culture, go south of town, 
then right. They say they will give you the diving mask (which you need) 
in exchange for gold. To find gold, go left, then south, and go left, to 
the gold panning house. He says he needs a pan, and to see the 
blacksmith (smithy) back at town.

When you do that, he says he needs you to go talk to Dusty (Dusty's). 
Enter, and kill the bats, then talk to Dusty. Take his can, then go back 
to the Smithy's. Get the pan from him, then go down to present 13. Go 
back south to pan for gold. Now, to pan, press A or B to submerge the 
pan. When you grap a nugget, press left and right, back and forth, to 
get the gold. You gotta fill up the meter at the bottom in 60 seconds.

Once you accomplish that, go back to the Vulture Culture, and give them 
the gold. They remove the rock north. Go up the ladder, and collect 
present 14. Continue up, up to the 2nd ladder, and onto the mesa 
thingie. Talk to the Evil Acorn, and prepare for a boss!

SOL & LUXO**************************************************************

To beat them, wait untill one of them lands, then hit him with a Conker. 
Takes like 5 hits apiece. 

When you finish fighting them, go grab the mask, and the 15th present. 
Now go all the way back to the river. Dive under the water on the right 
side, to get the invite, then dive under the left side to get the 16th 
present! Yay! You may now re-enter the barn. Enter the barn north, then 
go up, and through the top door. Go up, left, and down, to the guy. 
Chat, then exit. Now, go back to the Forest Guardian. To get there, go 
down the stairs, left, up, and left, then up the stairs. Go inside, and 
chat with the Forest Guardian. He says to go south, to Krow Keep. 

Exit his house, and go down, right, down, left, and follow the edge of 
the river. Continue down the waterfalls to the lake. Dive in! There's a 
red present, a special present! Get it, quick! Go back up, then go down, 
and follow the river left to another large lake. Dive in the spot up to 
the left. Inside, go right and in the pipe.

KROW KEEP***************************************************************

You are now in Krow Keep, Level 3. go left, up, and right, to the first 
tent. Go inside, and play the target practice game again to win a token. 
There's only 10 seconds this time, so hurry! When you do it, get the 
token and present 17.

Exit that tent, and explore the other tents in the area. Get the energy 
and ammo pieces, and eventually go to the upper-right corner, where you 
pay the token for another game. Just find the pea under the cup. 
EASY!!!!!! You do it 3 times. Get Present 18, and exit. Now, go up and 
left, to the door. You need a key, and to get it, go down all the way, 
and left, to the lonely tent there. Get the key and present 19!

Go back up, and enter the castle. Inside, go up, kill ratty, and travel 
right. Go up, and onto the roof. You are now fighting a wizard guy, 
Waldorf. You fight him 4 times in the castle. To beat him, slingshot him 
when he throws something. You gotta hit him 3 or 4 times. He is only 
vulnerable when some item is bouncing around the room. If you beat him, 
get present 20, and go back downstairs.

Now, travel down through the newly opened door, avoiding the floating 
chair, and double-jump on the orange tiles, then dig through. Get the 
energy, then go back. Go up now, to the room with the wall cannon. Run 
past, go up, then left. Jump over the spikes, while avoiding the wall 
cannon. Kill the bat, just for good measure, and go through the door. Go 
right, down, and down through the door. Get the invite, then go back up. 

Go left this time, then down, through another tunnel. Exit, jump the 
snakes, and get the stuff. Retreat back all the way up, and go left 
through the door. Jump over the spikes and go down. Hop over the pit, 
and the spikes. Watch out for the rising and falling ones. Go up and up, 
and beat Waldorf a second time. Get present #21, and go back inside, 
then left. Kill the rat, go down, hop the pit and the spikes. Keep on 
going downward, through the big room with spikes, and go down still. Go 
right and up, and break the floor then dig through it. Get another 
invite! Go back, and right, then down past the flying sword. Go to the 
next room, then go up, kill Waldorf a third time, get present #22, and 
go left.

Go down, right, and past all the cannons to another room. Go all the way 
right to a floor switch. Hit it, then travel all the way back to the big 
spike room, then go right. Go right, and down, left past the pit and 
spikes, and get the torch!!!!!! Yippie!!!! Go back, then go up. Pass the 
snake, go right, past the plant, and down the next tunnel. Get the 
items, go back up the tunnel, right, down, and right, over the pit.

Here, go right, up, avoiding the blob, then swords, and get a special 
present!!! Retreat back down, then go right. Go down, left, and down 
again. Go right, and up to fight Waldorf again. He throws more stuff, be 
careful. Get present 23 and go back. Go down, and solve this puzzle. To 
do it, 1 goes up, 2 goes left, and 3 goes right. Watch out for the 
spikes in here! Go right and dig to get another invite!!! Go back, left, 
up, left, down, and left, to a new room. Go left, then up, avoiding the 
spider. go left and down for yet ANOTHER invite! Go up, right, up, 
right, up and out. You see the Evil Acorn again. Get items and talk to 
him. 

WALDORF*****************************************************************

You must fight waldorf one more time, so go up and fight! He throws 3 
things, and you have a smaller area. Get present 24 when he's dead!!

Step in the warp. Go back down and right to the well. Hop in! Back in 
the forest area, go visit the Forest Guardian. He says to go either to 
Claw swamp, or Mako Islands. You're closer to Claw Swamp, so to get 
there, go up, left, and follow the path through all the trees to a cave. 
You're going in!

CLAW SWAMP**************************************************************

If you try and exit the swamp, you'll see that the door won't open. So 
go up into the house there. This puzzle is hard: push block 6 left, then 
block 5 up. 3 goes up and 4 goes left. 1 goes left, and 2 goes left and 
down. Yippie! Go outside to get present 25. Keep going through the 
trees, through the water, over the pit, and up. Big wooden arrows always 
point the way here, so don't worry. Keep following the river, over the 
pit, and in the next house. Puzzle time: 1 goes left, up, right, 2 goes 
right, up, left, 3 goes left, down, and 4 goes down. Go outside and up, 
to present 26. 

Continue up over the pits, and through the water, following the only 
path. When you come to a cave, go in. Go through, go around in the 
water, and pick up the acorn energy to the left. Keep going up, then 
left, avoiding the plants, and ending up at the mud. Get the special 
present at the bottom-left corner!! Go up. Hop the spikes and collect 
some very-welcome energy pieces. Be careful of all the arrow-shooters. 
Keep going up, over the spikes, through the water, following the arrows, 
untill you come upon another hut. Here's a real stumper: 3 goes right, 
down, left. 4 goes up, 2 goes right, and 4 goes left. 1 goes right, 6 
up, and 5 right. Go out to get present 27!

Follow the path around to another hut. Puzzle time: 2 goes up, right. Do 
the same with 4. 1 goes right. Now, renumber the boxes just like all the 
others are numbered. 4 goes down, right. 3 goes down, and 2 goes right, 
down, right. Slide the final 2 right. Congrats! Get present 28, and 
follow the path up. Always avoid the arrow-guns. Eventually you go in 
another door. Go up and in ANOTHER hut. 1 and 3 go down. 2 goes left, 
and 4 goes right, then up. Get present 29. Be SURE to save your game 
ALOT in this next area. Go over the spikes and down. Keep going, and be 
careful. There's really only one path. The arrows still point the way. 
Go through the mud, killing the plants. Get the lone energy piece, and 
avoid the dart below. Go in another hut. AAARRRGGGHHH!!! ANOTHER PUZZLE: 
2 goes left and up, 3 goes left, 1 goes up. 7 goes left. The other 4 are 
easy, except for the spikes. Be careful. Get your 30th present. Pass the 
darts, and kill the plant. Go to the big water area, and go up through 
the door there. Be careful of the alligator, and go right. Get more 
energy (yippie!) and go up. Go up to another stupid hut puzzle: the 
bottom 2 go left and right. The 2 on the right go up and down, and the 
left 2: one goes right then up, the other goes right. Get present 31 
outside, and go left. Follow the arrows and path, and you'll be fine.

Follow the river down, get stuff, go down some more. Get lots of energy: 
you'll need it. Jump the spikes and get an invite!! Woohoo! Go in the 
hut above you. Here's the solution: do the top 3: they're easy. The one 
on the right wall goes down. The rest are simple. Just watch for the 
spikes. Go outside, then up through the mud. Be careful! Talk with the 
evil acorn. Go through the doors ahead of you for a boss!

SWAMP FIEND*************************************************************

This guy is hard because of the mud. SAVE BEFORE FIGHTING HIM!! Stomp 
him to kill him. It's SO HARD. An easy way to do it is to stand in a 
corner and stomp away. If you beat him, get present 32, and the key. You 
need one more key to get to the Aztec Temple! Go back to see the Forest 
Guardian now. Next, you go to Mako Islands, but you can explore the 
forest first, getting extra special presents and invites (not to mention 
ENERGY PIECES). One cave hides an invite, while another area has energy 
and ammo. When you've had your fill, go to the lake east of your house 
to get to Mako Islands. Dive in, and go left. 

MAKO ISLANDS************************************************************

You end up in a cave. Get the stuff and go outside. That awesome safari 
music is your signal that you've made it to Mako Islands. Go left to 
Forest Wong's island hut. Talk to him and get present 33. Now look at 
the map on the wall: You are at Forest Wong's hut, and you need to get 
to the boat builder, which is below you. So, exit the hut and travel 
down.

You'll find another island. When you get to it, follow the edge of the 
hill untill you find a path going up. Follow this untill you get to 
Ted's Boats. Talk to ted, get present 34, then go look at the map. You 
are at Ted's Boats. The 4 unmarked huts are where you'll find the 4 boat 
parts. Now, go outside, down, left, and up, into a small hut. To beat 
this game, you must score 7000 points by shooting the coconuts. B shoots 
the left one, and A is for the right one. This is extremely hard, to do 
it just wait untill the coconut is in the square, then press A or B, 
depending on which side it is on. Don't just press A and B super fast. 
my high-score is 8,400. 

If you beat it, get present 35 and the wood. Now, go up, to the top 
island. Then go right, to another hut. Go inside. This is a swimming 
race. Read the instructions, then get ready! It hurts your fingers 
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much, but if you win, good job! Get the rudder and 
present 36. Now, go right, then down, to another game hut. To get the 
engine, you must beat the hurdles. It's just like the swimming. 

It's hard, but if you can get it, you get the engine and present 37! 
Nice! Now, you only need one more part. To get to it, go down and left, 
to the last hut. You gotta beat 5.00 meters in the long jump. It's the 
easiest game. Read the instructions, then give it a go! If you do it, 
take the propeller and present 38. 

Woohoo! Go see the boat builder now! Have the guy build a boat, get 
present 39, then go outside. Now, go West (left) and up a little, to the 
Evil Acorn. Talk to him, then get ready for the race! 

BOAT RACE***************************************************************

To go, simply hold the A button, and press left or right to go left or 
right. It's not as easy as it looks! You just follow the flags around. 
If you lose, you get to try it again. When you win, you get present 40, 
and the other Aztec Key. You're doing great! Before you leave, you'll 
want to get the saw. To do so, go to the cave on the southern island. 
Inside, go left and up. Viola! There ya go. Now, go up to get an invite.

Go back to the north island and back inside the cave. Swim out and up. 
go right and talk to the acorn. Then, follow the path up. If you wanna 
explore, get more invites and secret presents, then go ahead NOW. If you 
dont, go to the small canyon behind Conker's house and dig. Go left on 
the path there and in the cave. Open both doors with your keys, and go 
inside. Once you're inside, you can't get out!

AZTEC TEMPLE************************************************************

This is it: The Aztec Temple. No turning back, so just go onward!

THIS WALKTHROUGH MIGHT NEVER BE FINISHED. I AM SO SORRY.
