I have a sky dragon +12 that will learn gigaslash at level 33
Will it's offspring learn it any faster?

statusPretty sure abilities are gained after a monster has obtained a certain amount of iq, mp, and level. Don't quote me on it, but I'm pretty sure it was posted somewhere
