You seem to misunderstand how stat experience works in this game. Boosted experience does not give bad stats. Every pokemon you fight gives a certain amount of experience and then a another certain amount of "stat experience". This is why rare candies and day care give low stat boosts when compared to leveling normally. Boosted experience just means that you have to fight less pokemon to level up, this means that you get less "stat experience". You can avoid this by fighting lower leveled pokemon.To get back to your question, no EXP. Share does not give bad stats, it gives the same as if you were to fight the pokemom normally. This is because "stat experience" Is not split like normal experience, every pokemon who fought, or held an EXP.Share gets the maximum stat experience from the fought pokemon.
