"Way different then the N64 one"

this one is totally different then the N64 one. It's a whole new story, your in a academy, and you get to train and level up your character. You have a partner with you to play doubles and you can go to a tournament! This is really different then the N64 one.

The story is great. A little boy coming to the academy and trying to defeat all his opponents, and trying to win the island open tournament! I think it's a very good story.

Graphics 7.4/10
For gameboy color these graphics are very good. There very bright and colorful. I like the graphics for this game:)

Music 8.2/10
The music is very cheery. Has a nice tune, and sounds very great. Sometimes I wish that the volume could go up a little louder because I love the music. The songs just get stuck in your head. The music for this game is very good.

Sound 8.2/10
The sound is exactly same as the music. It's very nice and sounds really nice. The sound is excellent for this game.

Gameplay 9.1/10
Mario tennis is a good side scroller game:) It takes very long to beat(24 hours for me) and you can choose from a lot of rackets and shoes. There's some really neat stuff for this game. After you beat this game there's still a lot of more stuff to do for it. You can train your character until he's up to the highest level, there's little minigames that you can try to beat your best record. Just playing tennis is fun. I think the gameplay for this game is totaly great.

multi player 8.1/10
The multi player is excellent. When playing with a friend it's way more funner and harder. I really like the multi player for this game and I give it an 8.1 out of 10

Play control 7.6/10
The play control is smooth, great, and easy to learn. The play control is very easy for this game. It's just really hard sometimes because if you switch your racket to the iron racket and iron shoes, it'll be a lot harder to control but you'll get more experience points because of that

Mario tennis GBC is a totaly different game then mario tennis64, has a nice story and nice graphics, smooth play control, good gameplay, great sound and music, and for all of that I'll give mario tennis GBC an 8.

Buy or rent
Well If you just wanna play the exihibition mode this game is for renting. If you want to play the whole game I highly suggest you buy it.
