Paperboy

"It's a really fun game and all, but graphics, play control, gameplay, and all that stuff is really poor."

This is actually a pretty fun game! I never played any paper boy games before, but I played this one and it’s awesome! And I know the 64 version will be too. This is just like a game where you deliver papers and stuff, but it gets kind of crazy. I think it’s very fun, but short. I wish they added more things into it. After your done with the paper route, you get to play a little mini game where your suppose to hit targets and crap. It’s very fun and you get to go off jumps. That’s one of my favorite parts about this game. It’s suppose to be called “Training grounds”. When your delivering papers, you got to be careful, not to break windows, and other stuff. If the owner of the house is standing outside, and you break his window, he will chase after you! I love this part, and I would always do it for fun. Lots of hard objects will get in your way while your delivering paper. Like cars, lawnmowers, ect. Well anyways, here is my review.

GRAPHICS

Bah, the graphics could have been a lot better. When I first saw the paper boy, I was like what the?! He looked just like a bunch of scribble. Well not scribble, he just didn’t look good. Neither was the background or anything else. I think they could of improved the graphics, I mean come on! But the graphics don’t mean it’s the end of the world. There just a little part in the game that is annoying.

SOUND AND MUSIC

First of all, the sound is weird. When you throw a paper at the door, it will make this weird sound. So the sound ain’t that good. The music... you’ll want to turn down the music after a while. Like at the beginning of the music, it will be a happy tune^_^ later on though, it will like be all gloopy and scary. I just think that is weird and stupid. There hardly isn’t that much music either! There’s hardly any tunes for the game. I just think the sound and music could have been a lot better.

The gameplay isn’t long at all. It might be a little fun, but it isn’t long. I consider this game to be a great arcade game! There just isn’t that much to it. Hardly any routes! If they added like 20 more, it would be a lot more fun, and also longer. If they did that, I would of gave it like a 7/10 or something, but no. The gameplay gets a 6.0/10 It’s just short. It took me less than a week to beat.

This game is fun! It might have bad graphics, annoying sound, short gameplay, stinky play control, but it’s fun! I play it all the time and I bet you would too if you got this game.

Well, this game gets a 6/10 It’s fun, but lots of things are really poor in this game.

BUY OR RENT?

Well, I think you should rent this game. It’s fun, but really short. Yeah, you could probably beat it in a rental. So go ahead and rent it.
