Super Mario Bros. Deluxe

"A favorite for Mario Gameboy fans."

This is without a doubt one of my favorite games for my Gameboy Color. I first played this game in 2001 when I bought it off Funcoland, and it was without a doubt one of my favorite Mario games I ever played.

Only this game had something a little different, and something we have yet to even see from the Mario Gameboy Advance games! It had a calendear, a room where you can look at Nintendo Icons, listen to Mario Music, a scoreboard, the classic Super Mario Bros 1 game, a system where you can earn scores and coins in the classic mode and gain access and also may I add full access to other of the game's accessibilities such as the Mushroom Room, and quite some more.

There is also a fortune telling game that you can be lucky or unlucky and it effects your gameplay if you think about it very hard. Like I said, one of the greatest Mario Gameboy games I have ever heard, played, seen, and loved without a doubt.

Graphics: 100%
Words: They did a GREAT JOB with the Super Mario Bros 1 classic mode system and the other graphics and drawings of the game such as the certain rooms that you can enter, you can even put in a small journal in the calendar, the graphics are incredibly great.

Sound: 90%
Words: To me, the sound was great as well. Honestly, we all know that Mario sound was not the greatest sound like new and improved games that have better sounds and music files, but to me, I believe the Mario music IS the best and will always be remembered and will always continue to be remade and replayed!!!

Replay: 100%
Words: You may not believe all the 100%'s I am giving these games! Replay deserves a 100%! Hey, you are all still playing it after doing everything? Right?

Gameplay: 85%
Words: VERY GOOD GAMEPLAY, VERY, VERY, VERY GOOD.

Story: 50%
Words: No true story in this game, we all know about Mario saving the Princess, but still, the original nice story that no one will ever forget.

Characters: 100%
Words: Mario! Luigi! Bowser! Peach! Goomas! Turtles! I LOVE THEM ALL! They are without a doubt some of the greatest characters in video games I have ever seen.

Final Words: Go to stores, go to Funcoland, although you may say that the Gameboy Advance is releasing Super Mario Advance 2, and that Advance has the best, newly great graphical games, and which they do so by the way, get a Gameboy Color and Super Mario Bros Deluxe too! ITS GREAT! You can play Super Mario Bros Deluxe on your Gameboy Advance too!
