"Saw the movie? Wondering about the game? Look no more, here are some answers to your questions!"

Story

The story on this game is semi-hard to follow, or at least it was for me. I never saw the movie, so I really can’t tell you if it followed it very well. However, there is some story to it. I’d like to see a little more development, because (in my opinion) story is very important to a game. The more development of a story you see, the more you get into the game. This makes it so you just don’t want to put the game down – you want to keep playing.
Score: 6/10

Graphics

There are a few things I’d like to complain about in this department. First off, sometimes it’s very hard to see things in motion – like bullets. When I first picked up the game, I kept dieing and I didn’t know why. I finally figured out that the guys were shooting me. It takes a long while to adapt to this. But if they made the bullets bigger, they would be an unrealistic size in comparison to the characters. This shows that the graphics need a bit more work.
Score: 7/10

Fun Factor

If there’s one thing that gives this game a boost, it’s definitely the fun factor. One of my favorite things to do on vacation with this game is to program the channel changer at the hotel to my Mission: Impossible game, and change the channels when my dad is watching television. This can be quite amusing. ;) On a more serious note, the game itself is partially fun, but to me, it gets a little to repetitive. The little extras the game includes can be quite fun, however.
Score: 8/10

Sound

Sound repetition is bad. Normally, in video games at least, the sounds aren’t too good. I found this game to go perfectly in with that group. The sound is very repetitious, which is never a good thing. I suggest if you have this game, make sure your volume button is working, so you can adjust when needed. ;)
Score: 4/10

Overall Gameplay

Like I said, this game is fun, but only to a point. It easily gets overplayed. The fun little add-ons that they put in are a definite bonus. When you first start out, you may think that the graphics are horrible (especially if you’ve been playing some other game system that has highly good graphics), but plug in another GameBoy game and compare. In all actuality, they’re not that bad.
Score: 6/10

Ending Comments

Well, I’m sure I’m probably sound like the music on this game – a little too repetitive. ;) If you’re wondering if you should rent or buy it, I highly suggest you rent it first. This will give you a taste of the games essence, and if you like it, you should consider buying it. If you don’t, then I don’t think buying the game was a good idea for you. I’m sure the movie was MUCH better than this game, as I can’t see how it could be worse.
