Barbie Fashion Pack

This game is a collection of mini-games that you play to unlock clothes ans stuff for barbie and to wear. So that you can look at them wearing it, and nothing else. She doesn't go on a fashion show. She doesn't go on a date with Ken and get complemented on how good she looks. She doesn't do any other things once dressed that would make the game more interesting and fun. You just look at her.
That's all.

Game Play 1
Most of the mini-games are too simplistic or to hard to control to be much fun. The one I did like was the ''Purfume'' game where you lay down pipes to get a drop of perfume through a maze. I thought it was balanced and stimulationg enough. The rest are either mindless button smashing or are ruined by overly strict controls.
In one you shoot T-shirts and try to hit the one at the bottom of the screen.
In another you must guide beads to a string in the order shown at the start of the level, which is impossable.
In another you must shoot the heart show at the bootom of the screen. But because there is no penalty for hitting the wrong heart all you must do is shoot constantly to win.

Story 0
No story. Just mini-games and changing the color of Barbie's clothes.

Controls
They're a little rough and some games such as the necklace game are impossable to play because of it.

Sound 1
Nothing special. It's not bad but the sound effects and music could easily not be there and it wouldn't effect game play.

Graphics 1
The mini games are fine buy Barbie and friends are not very
polished and are a eye sore. For a game that's point is to dress Babrbie and look at her they should've tried alot harder. And the designs of the T-shrts are all very blan and unfasionable. I was really expecting more put of it then what was delivered.

Replayability 2
Sence it's just mini games it can easily be replayed, but sence most of the games arent fun you probably wont want to keep playing them.

To buy or to rent?
Neither. There's really nothing interesting or rewarding in this game. But if you do happen to stumble accross this game in an attic or such do try the Purfume game because
that one was alright.

In Closing
I cannot recomend this game as a gift or purches at all.
It's too bad they couldn't have strayed a little further from the MakeUp and clothes them, then maybe they could've made some more rewarding mini-games.
