Wario Land 3

"Shh.....A sleeper hit"

Introduction
What do you think when you hear the name Wario? Most think of him as the fat rival of Mario and think he’s crap. Well, when I think of Wario, I think of mind-boggling puzzles and funny little different bodies, and lots of money. If you ever thought about buying a Wario game, this is the perfect game to choose.

Gameplay
The story in Wario Land 3 is when Wario is flying his plane over a forest and crashes. He crashes right by a cave and decides to go in. Well, when he enters the cave he sees a little orb. He decides to mess around with the orb, and then he gets right sucked into it! As he wakes up from his ordeal he figures out he’s in a temple. The temple starts talking to him and tells him to find 5 instrument to releases the spirit of the temple. Well, as you start in the first level you have very few abilities. You must find a key in the level and unlock the color of the key that matches the chest. There are four different colored keys in a level. they are silver, red, green, and blue. You must find at least 1 key and treasure chest to exit the level. Some chest contains new power ups so you can go back to certain levels and get some cool, and strange items. Some treasure chest will make a reaction and open up new levels. Some items may have a partner to open up a new level. Almost all the items serve a purpose. The really big thing that I like is that youcan’t die! I know some people don’t like this but, hey its pretty nifty in my opinion. There are even mini-games in the main game! In the mini-game you try to play a round of golf and unlock some new levels or items. But it does cost money, but never fear, you have a crap load of money at your disposal. You don’t have to unlock everything in this game, but its fun as hell!

Sound
The sound in this game is amazing! The sounds change between day and night. When you turn into something different the music changes also. For example: When you turn into zombie Wario the music will sound dreary. The music is cheerful and sometimes tragic. The music never gets old. It is kind of fun just listening to the music.

Graphics
The graphics are awesome for the GameBoy Color! There are many colorful things in this game to look at. Nothing is overly drawn. Wario looks really good in this game. The enemies are done very well to! I can’t even express how well the bosses look! I don’t see how people could say the graphics are bad in this game. They may look a little kiddy sometimes, but that shouldn’t stop you from buying this game!

Replay Value
Though there isn’t hardly any replay value in this game. The golf courses take time to master. I can’t really say much about this section for there isn’t hardly any replay value. But, the like I said earlier just try to master the golf courses.
