Rugrats in Paris: The Movie

"I Swear!This is the worst game I have ever played!"

I got this game on the same year I got my game boy color. Obviously,I got it from my parents. I would never has wasted my money on this piece of Dirt. When I got it I took my chances with it.Hey!I didn't want to hurt my parents feelings,its a free game.Why not. Today I regret not trading it for a better game.

GRAPHICS

These are passable for Game Boy Color,though I know the GBC is capable of better. The characters are colorful but the back grounds?!.Belch!They are dark,ugly,and un detailed. So in the end they're just average.

STORY

What?!When Did This Happen In The Movie!? Only about 1% of the game actually follows the movie,and that's only the ending!Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember that part when dill flew an airplane and took photographs of famous statues and buildings. Or when one of the rugrats was on a mine cart flipping switches in order to get to the bottom while being attacked by ghost. God! At least give us a reason why Chuckie is in a pyramid alone doing a mirror and light Puzzle!

CHARACTERS

The selection of characters are Tommy(a bald baby who only wears a blue shirt and diaper),Chuckie(a red haired kid with freckles and glasses),Phil and Lil(They are twins.Phil has brown hair and shirt with a picture of a duck on it.Lil is similar,only she is wearing a dress and has a bow in her hair),Dill(a baby less than a year old who is bald and wears yellow baby clothes),and Kimmy(a black,pigtailed girl who wears a yellow dress). This is for that one person who didn't already know this:They are all babies!That's right!The characters you play as aren't even potty trained!Isn't that great?None of them play any different than the other character(except Dill. I'll get to him and the others in the gameplay section of my review)so it doesn't matter if your playing as the twins who eat worms or the bald kid who wears his diaper on the outside.They all play alike! Awful idea!

MUSIC

How many people did it take to make this music?My guess is one since that's is pretty much the only number of instruments you hear(technically, more than one a guess since it's a synthesizer).All he music is is some beeps and blares. Very bad indeed.

GAMEPLAY

This,in my opinion,is the most important feature to a video game.And boy,did the designers ever screw this up. You just walk around with what ever baby you choose(who all play exactly alike)hopping over enemies,flipping switches,and walking around.*yawn*.I'm board just thinking about. Dills are different and about 5% more exciting. Dill flies around in a plane taking pictures of famous statues and buildings while avoiding things like birds. Wow! Who are these kids parents? They shouldn't be aloud to have kids since they always seem to lose them.Also,if the parents were actually WITH the kids the game may have been more exciting because I swear! The gameplay would have been better if the entire game was about you feeding the babies or changing their diapers!

EXTRAS/REPLAY

I seriously doubt your even going to buy this game.Even if you do I doubt your going to beat it cause you'll be so fed up with it. Though if your like me,who actually took the pain and torture through this game you'll actually find a reason to replay this game. Mini Games,though I like to call them ticket earning games since that's what you get from them. Tickets. You need a certain amount of tickets in order to enter a level. These mini games are actually fun! From throwing bouncy balls and sumo wrestlers to shooting baskets at a moving hoop. Though,this isn't enough to save the game.

I'm sorry if I sound too harsh on this game but it really is that bad which is why it has earned number Uno spot in my Worst game ever list. It's that bad.
