Tony Hawk's Pro Skater for Gameboy Color is a skateboarding game, that is two- dimensional looking over the top of everything.

The gameplay for this game is probably the best thing about it. The controls are simple to left, right, up, down. The hardest thing about the controls is the tricks, in which case you have to preform a combination of buttons to accomplish one trick.

>)Re-Playability(<

You cannot play this game again for fun, it gets really boring and dull. You can not do anything new the second time around besides different tricks. Some levels are fun to replay like the grinding levels but that is it. The half-pipe level is fine to do over and over again because you can try and do a 900 or something. The only reason you should want to do the game again is to do it with another character.

Alright, it has ok graphics for a Gameboy Color, but they probably could have been better. The designers and producers did not spend as much time on the graphics as they probably should have. This game has an over-head view of the levels and a side view of the half-pipe.

The sound on this game is fairly good compared to everything else, but it is still not all that great. The sound for this game besides a few blips and other pathetic noises is just the pits.

Their is not a storyline here besides winning.

The game is all too easy once you master the controls, you can just skip over a few rails and win, or pull off a few good tricks in the pipe or on the level ramps and you got it. Though it does pass the time kicking other peoples butts.

Rent or Buy?
NO ON BOTH!! I recommend neither if you rent it or borrow it, your wasting you time and money, but it is always good to try everything once so i guess if you can borrow it for FREE only. DO NOT BUY, if you buy this you are not only wasting time and money, your wasting your LIFE.

I rated this game a three out of ten because it is not the best Tony Hawk game made. The only thing it is good for in my opinion is passing the time.
