Level 99
Complete the quota, then hold Option 1 + Option 2 at Officer Bob's
parking space. Game play will resume at level 99 with random quotas

Refuel at double rate
Find the double gasoline pumps thats on Highway 12 - now park exactly between both of the pumps to refuel at double the normal rate.
